Happy Birthday Celebration

This is another super easy card – and I wanted it in neutral colours so it could be given to a guy or a girl, so I went for a light blue card base, mounted it with festive Stampin Up DSP, a strip of ribbon and a happy birthday in dark blue on white base, die cut for interest.   The white cardstock I use is a bit whiter than SU’s vanilla hued white in their DSP , but mounting it on the blue ribbon helps the colour difference to not be overly noticeable.
